HOW TO GET SET UP ON THE MYBOOKPROJECT.INFO SITE - ADVANCED INSTRUCTIONS

1. You will receive an email from greenhillcustomercare@gmail.com containing a link to Activate your account.

2. Click on the link in the email to create a login and password. Store these details to Login to the system every time you wish to communicate with us.


HOW TO LOGIN TO THE THE MYBOOKPROJECT.INFO SITE - ADVANCED INSTRUCTIONS

After you have activated your account, you will need to log on to our system. Go to: mybookproject.info or click the link in our emails.  Click Login and enter your login and password details.


HOW TO KEEP TRACK OF MY TICKETS AND REPLY TO THEM -  ADVANCED INSTRUCTIONS

1. Login to the mybookproject.info page

2. Click the ‘Check Ticket Status’ button - top right

3. Click on your ticket.

4. A Reply function should appear. Simply type your response into this box, attach any documents you wish to pass on and click reply.
